The Metropolitan Garden Townhome Community
Hello and Welcome to the Metropolitan Garden Townhome Community. This beautiful community is exactly where you need to be. Our gated community has a total of 100 units that are all 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms. Our units are all electric units that come with stainless steel appliances in the units. We have a total of 88 smaller units that are about 1200 soft and those units rent for $1,600.00 a month. We also have 12 units that are about 1600 soft and those units rent for $1,750.00 a month for a combined total of 100 units. We do accept 2 Bedroom City of Atlanta Housing choice vouchers only as well. We offer a second chance program and we work with potential residents that may not have perfect rental history as well.
We have a current move in special that allows any potential resident with a credit score over 600 one months rent free. We also have a partnership with Obligo, a security deposit insurance company that gives our potential residents the ability to potentially move it with out paying a full traditional security deposit.
